According to the Sunday Mirror, publicans could face prosecution if they allow dodgy dvds to change hands in their pubs.
As if licensees did not have enough to worry about already, the paper says they could be held responsible if pirate goods are sold in their premises.

The Sunday Mirror says industry leaders will today warn 35,000 businesses they face legal action if they allow bootleggers on their premises.
