According to a scan from the upcoming March issue of PlayStation Magazine, Sony is planning to launch a full-frontal assault on Microsoft's Xbox Live service.
It seems Sony is shoring up their banks in response to Xbox Live's success, but what name will it have? From the scan, Sony are planning to launch a new "PlayStation Network" with complete online live capabilities for both the Sony PS3 and the Sony PSP.
The newly discovered "PlayStation Network" is promised by a Sony insider to meet and exceed all Xbox Live capabilities, and incorporating the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Portable. There are no further details available, and we have no technical information or specs, or screenshots.
